Am I weird because I use earplugs and a blindfold when I go to bed at night?

When I catch my ZZZs, I want the rest of the world shut OUT!

    The earplugs and blindfold have nothing to do with it, MZ. You're just weird and I mean that in the nicest way.

  • The earplugs and blindfold aren't weird, however, the handcuffs are questionable...expecially if you sleep alone.

  • No, I would wear earplugs too, living that close to the airport & the blindfold helps keep the airplane lights from flashing in the window.

  • No weird or silly at all.

    Tissue is a great substitute for earplugs. I always take mine out in the night and find them on the floor at the back of the bed. I was told using a pair of dark coloured socks works great for a blindfold. Use clean socks. Remember you want to sleep not be unconsciousness.

  • Not at all, you're just plain weird, mzrpl. You have to be to spend so much time here on SA. I should know that, I spend plenty of time myself and I don't even wear a blindfold or earplugs.

  • You put earplugs in, I take my hearing aids out. You put a blindfold on, I just shut my eyes and I don't get scared when I wake up and look at Linda. Having a perfectly clear conscious I have absolutely no trouble sleeping. LOL
