It's one thing to mount an opposition and overthrow a regime. It's a totally different matter to organize and run a country. Generally, it takes two different types of individuals.

Basically they have to be told precisely what to do, a chap I was talking to worked in south africa,he told a native to take the rubbish down to the tip, forgot to tell him to come back tho' and he was still sat in the rubbish 4 hours later....
